1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on location. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons (Halloween).
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: Haunt House is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We only accept returns if the item you receive is defective or damaged.
